Help us find your order
Include your order number, the item concerned, and a short explanation. Email from the address used at checkout where possible. Never send passwords or full payment-card information.
Tracking and delivery
Open the tracking link in your shipping confirmation when your parcel is dispatched. If tracking has stopped updating or the parcel is marked delivered but missing, check the delivery details, then contact us so we can investigate.
Damaged or incorrect item
Contact us promptly. Photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label can help us investigate, where practical. Keep the item and packaging until we provide instructions. Do not send a return to the address on the parcel without authorization.
Changes, cancellations, and returns
Email as soon as possible about an address error or cancellation. Once fulfillment starts, changes may not be possible. To request a physical-product return, contact us within 14 days of delivery and review our return policy. Wait for return authorization and the correct address before posting anything.
