Products and orders

Product descriptions identify the item included, available options, and relevant care information. Select the correct option before ordering. Photographic color may vary with lighting and screen settings. Illustrated characters and lifestyle decorations are not included unless expressly listed.

Prices are shown in US dollars. Applicable delivery charges and taxes are displayed at checkout. Availability can change. If an item cannot be supplied or a material listing error affects your order, we will contact you and offer an appropriate correction or refund rather than substitute a different item without your agreement.

Delivery, changes, and returns

Our Shipping and Returns policies form part of these terms. Contact us promptly about an order change or cancellation; changes may not be possible once fulfillment begins. Products may be shipped by our fulfillment partners. We remain your contact for order support.

Care and safe use

Follow product-specific care instructions and supervise use where appropriate. Inspect items regularly and discontinue use if damaged. Store branding does not imply that products are made in Japan or manufactured by Room for Cat.

Store content and privacy

Our original branding, illustrations, and written store content may not be reproduced commercially without permission. Supplier brands and images remain the property of their respective owners. Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy policy.

Applicable rights

These terms do not remove rights or remedies provided by applicable law. Changes apply to future orders; the terms provided at the time of an earlier purchase continue to govern that purchase, including the license supplied with earlier digital products.
