Refund policy

For physical products, request a return within 14 days of delivery by emailing beanxan@gmail.com with your order number and the item you wish to return. Please wait for authorization and the correct return address before sending anything.

Change-of-mind returns must be unused, with their original packaging and tags where supplied. Keep proof of purchase and your return tracking. Customers pay return postage for change-of-mind returns; original delivery charges are not refunded unless required by law.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us promptly with your order number and, where practical, photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange the appropriate remedy and cover authorized return postage for our or our fulfillment partner’s error.

Returns are inspected on receipt. We will tell you whether your return qualifies for a refund. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method within 10 business days; bank processing can take longer. Contact us if a refund has not appeared after 15 business days.

These terms do not limit rights available under applicable consumer law.
