Room for Cat ships physical products to eligible United States addresses. Available services and the delivery charge are shown at checkout before you pay.

Our products ship from our fulfillment partner in the United States. Processing time and delivery time are separate. Tracking is provided when an order is dispatched; carrier estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates.

Check your delivery address before ordering. To report an address error, missing parcel, or damaged delivery, email beanxan@gmail.com with your order number as soon as possible. We will investigate with the fulfillment partner and carrier.

Any delivery charge shown applies to that order and address. Items may arrive separately if the checkout or shipment notification indicates separate shipments.
